Carrie Peifer
Physical Therapist
Carrie is a graduate of Summersville High School, 1996, Summersville, MO. Carrie received her Bachelor’s Degree and then Masters of Physical Therapy degree from Missouri State University in 2003. Carrie opened Advanced Care Physical Therapy in July 2006. Carrie is married to Sam Peifer and has 3 children McKenzie, Alyssa and Reed Peifer. Carrie enjoys golfing, reading, fishing, coaching club volleyball and camping.
Heath Ford
Physical Therapist Assistant
Heath is a graduate of Fredricktown High School, 2004, in Fredricktown, MO. He attended Southeast Missouri State University and graduated in 2009 with a degree in Health Management – Exercise Science. He then attended Linn State Technical College and received his PTA degree in 2012. He began working at Advanced Care Physical Therapy in January 2014. Heath enjoys reading and photography.

Physical Therapy Technician
Lisa is a graduate of Summersville High School, 1994, Summersville, MO. Lisa started working at Advanced Care Physical Therapy I July 2006 when it opened. She is married to Billy Jo Duncan and has 2 children Hunter and Haylee Duncan, and one granddaughter Paislee. Lisa enjoys reading, fishing, and working outside with her flowers.
Bethany Turner
Physical Therapy Technician/Office Assistant
Bethany is a graduate of Summersville High School, 2006, Summersville MO. Bethany rejoined the staff at Advanced Care Physical Therapy in March 2017. She is married to Zachary Turner and has 3 daughters; Jaylin, Rylie and Adylee. Bethany enjoys listening to music and sight-seeing with her family.
